Patrick Turner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Patrick started as a Project Manager at circuit city in 1996, where they worked until 1999. Patrick then joined Capital One as a Project Manager and remained there until 2002. In the same year, Turner started working as an Assistant Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Patrick steadily climbed the ranks and became a Vice President in 2014. Currently, Turner holds the position of Vice President and Collaboration Product Line Executive at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.

Patrick Turner attended James Madison University from 1985 to 1988 and earned a Bachelor's degree. Patrick then pursued further education at Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Business, where they obtained an MBA from 1989 to 1993.
