Philip Fung

Philip Fung has extensive experience in software engineering and systems analysis, currently serving as a Software Engineer Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since January 2013. Prior to this role, Philip worked at a bank in New York from May 1996 to December 2012, where responsibilities included serving as Staff Director and Senior Systems Analyst. Philip's career began at CNA Insurance Company as a Systems Support Analyst from January 1995 to May 1996. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology (1993-1999) and a High School Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Brooklyn Technical High School (1989-1993).
