Raymond S Jia is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in bank supervision and regulation, risk modeling, and statistical analysis. Currently serving as a Special Advisor for Supervision, Regulation, and Credit at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since 2013, Raymond focuses on bank risk early warning models and compliance frameworks like BASEL and CCAR. Prior to this role, a tenure at Bank of America from 2004 to 2013 as Senior Vice President and Quantitative Operations Manager involved credit card acquisition and risk modeling.
