Theresa Cutry

Theresa Cutry, CCP, has extensive experience in compensation management and total rewards strategies, currently serving as Sr. Manager Total Rewards at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since November 2012. Prior roles include Compensation Manager and Compensation Consultant at the same institution, where significant contributions were made to compensation programs and HR strategies. From 2008 to 2012, Theresa held the position of Total Value/Compensation Advisor, VP at TD Bank Group, overseeing compensation activities for a large workforce. Earlier experience includes serving as Compensation Manager at Commerce Bank, managing compensation for 15,000 employees, and as Leadership Development Specialist at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where leadership development processes were integrated into HR functions. Theresa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Widener University.
