Theresa Singleton has extensive work experience in the financial and housing sectors. Theresa began their career in 2002 as the Director of Research and Information at the Housing Assistance Council, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia as the Vice President of Community Development Studies and Education. Most recently, they held the role of Sr. Vice President and CAO at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.

Theresa Singleton pursued their education from 1988 to 2001 at Temple University. During this period, they achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Political Science and Government.
