Zahara Martinez is currently serving as a Leadership Fellows Analyst I at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since June 2023. Previously, Zahara held several positions at Swarthmore College, including Resident Assistant, where responsibilities involved ensuring student safety and fostering community relations, and Black Genealogy Research Intern, during which tasks included cataloging names of enslaved individuals from Quaker missions and developing a website to support black genealogy research. Additionally, Zahara worked as a Student Library Assistant, managing the circulation of educational materials and maintaining the library environment. Zahara's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from Swarthmore College and a high school diploma from St. Andrew's School.
