Andy Bauer serves as the Vice President and Regional Executive at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since March 2019, overseeing external engagements in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and West Virginia while supporting the Bank's monetary policy. Prior roles at the Richmond Fed include Senior Regional Economist from November 2006 to February 2019, where Bauer led economic outreach and provided updates on economic conditions.
