Benjamin Muncy

Benjamin Muncy has extensive experience in procurement, crisis management, and emergency preparedness. Currently serving as the Manager of the National Procurement Office at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since May 2022, Muncy previously held the role of General Manager at LIFE CO. from January 2020 to June 2022. Muncy also worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from June 2013 to January 2020 as the Manager of Business Continuity and Crisis Management and served as the Private Sector Liaison/Deputy Plans Chief at the Virginia Department of Emergency Management from October 2010 to June 2013. Muncy's military experience includes serving as an Infantry Team Leader in the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army from June 2003 to June 2007. Muncy earned a B.A. in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness from Virginia Commonwealth University between 2007 and 2010.
