Cathy Walters has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Cathy began their career as an Office Manager at Options Mental Health in 1991 and then served as a Program Manager at the National Assessment Institute from 1992 to 1998. Following this, they worked as a Senior Manager Fraud Detection and Customer Relations Manager at Capital One from 1998 to 2002. Cathy then served as a Customer Service Manager at SunCom Wireless from 2002 to 2004.
