Charles F. is an experienced Advanced Business Intelligence Architect at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since March 2009, specializing in data analytics and collaboration with internal auditors to support complex data requests and drive informed decision-making. Previously, Charles served as a Senior IT Analyst, focusing on IT incident analysis and performance metrics, and held roles at Wachovia Securities as a Compensation Systems Analyst, at McKesson Medical-Surgical as a Data Analyst, and at Alfa Laval in both Help Desk Analyst and Buyer Analyst positions. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Virginia Tech, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Information Systems from the University of Richmond, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Technology at Virginia Tech, expected to complete in May 2025.
