Felicia Hart

Felicia Hart currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Colo Program Management at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since October 2024. Previously, Felicia accumulated significant experience at the same institution from November 2012 to December 2019, holding roles such as Senior Information Security Analyst, where responsibilities included measuring and managing IT maturity and aligning organizational strategies with Gartner's research. Additionally, Felicia worked as a Senior Business Analyst, mentoring staff and developing key performance indicators and compliance metrics, and also served as a Project Coordinator. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Strayer University.
