John Blake

John Blake is an experienced technology services and communications professional with a diverse background in technical writing, IT risk management, and change management consulting. Currently serving as the Technology Services Manager Advanced at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since August 2022, John previously held multiple roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, including Assistant Vice President and Senior Business Analyst, where John played a crucial role in implementing a NIST-based IT risk management process across the Federal Reserve System. John also owned and operated End User Documents, Inc., a technical communications firm, and has consulted for major organizations such as Northern Trust and Information Resources, Inc., focusing on enhancing communication strategies and documentation processes. John holds a B.A. in Writing/Literature from Fairfield University.
