MacKenzie Kowal

Mackenzie Kowal is an Associate Underwriter at Kinsale Insurance since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Legal Support Specialist at Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond starting June 2022. With a background as a Grade 3 Teacher at Henrico County Public Schools and Fairfax County Public Schools, Mackenzie was even nominated for the New Teacher of the Year award. They hold a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from James Madison University and a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies.
