Alexandra Onosova

Alexandra Onosova is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in risk management and quantitative analysis. Currently serving as Senior Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since 2013, Alexandra oversees the implementation of credit models across the 12th district banks and manages a team of quants. Previously, as an Enterprise Risk Manager at Union Bank of California from 2008 to 2011, Alexandra conducted company-wide stress-testing analysis for key portfolios to mitigate risk. Alexandra also held the position of Lead Capital Allocation Analyst at GE Money Bank from 2004 to 2008, where vital calculations for Capital Allocation and Economic Capital were performed. Earlier in Alexandra's career as an Analyst at XL Capital, skills in structuring weather derivatives and hedge fund evaluation were developed. Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Information Management, and Mathematics from The Wharton School.
