Archana Chugh

Archana Chugh has a diverse work experience in software quality assurance and automation testing. Archana started their career as a Web Manual Tester at Info Objects in 2003 and worked there until 2005. In 2005, they joined Quantros Inc as a QA Engineer, where they were involved in documentation, testing, and regression testing of applications. Archana also played a key role in creating test plans and test cases, executing manual testing, and reporting and reproducing bugs.

In 2006, Archana joined KANA Software Inc as a QA Engineer, where they set up different environments, troubleshooted issues, and wrote test cases according to the latest functionality of the application. Archana worked there until 2009.

From 2009 to 2014, Archana worked at Synaptics as an SQA Automation Engineer. Archana'sresponsibilities included driver testing, automation script development using QTP, load testing using JMeter, and language testing on different operating systems. Archana also worked on the Acer Theater TouchPad Project.

Currently, Archana is working as a Lead Automation Engineer at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Archana is responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks and architecture using various tools like HP UFT, ALM, Selenium, and TestNG. Archana also creates and develops automation test cases, particularly for banking software applications.

Archana Chugh obtained a Project Management Certification in Information Technology Project Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2012-2013. Archana also earned a Computer Programming Certificate in Computer Science from the same university in 2008-2009. In addition, they received a Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile in 2021. Archana'seducational background also includes a Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree from Agra University, although the specific dates are unknown. Archana has acquired various additional certifications, such as Managing Up and Think Like a Lawyer to Make Decisions and Solve Problems from LinkedIn in 2023, a Certified SAFe 5 DevOps Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022, and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022. Archana has also obtained certifications in DevOps Foundations and Product Management First Steps from LinkedIn in 2021.
