James Kong

James Kong is an experienced professional in the field of technology and risk management, currently serving as the Deputy Central Point of Contact for IT/Cyber Risk at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since May 2022. Prior positions include Vice President and Program Manager at BNP Paribas, where James was responsible for technology and operational risk management, and various vice president roles at J.P. Morgan focusing on technology risk and control for private banking and asset management. Earlier career experience includes consulting roles at Atos Origin and Cambridge Management Consulting, as well as foundational positions at Morgan Stanley.
