Jennie Held has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jennie began their career as a Researcher at CBS Corporation's Documentary Unit in 2006, where they coordinated production and research for the unit, including researching material for segments, gathering footage, and completing post-production tasks. In 2007, they transitioned to become a Journalist and Producer for 60 Minutes at CBS News, a role they held until 2015. During this time, they gained valuable experience in investigative journalism and production. In 2015, Jennie joined Goldman Sachs as the Vice President of Brand and Content Strategy, where they were responsible for developing and implementing brand and content strategies. Jennie'stime at Goldman Sachs lasted until 2019, when they moved on to Dialpad as the Head of Content and Marketing. In this role, they focused on creating and executing content and marketing strategies for the company. Jennie's most recent position is as the Head of Messaging + Strategy for External Communications at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, a role they assumed in 2022. Throughout their career, Jennie has consistently demonstrated strong communication and strategic planning skills.
Jennie Held holds a B.A. with Honors in History from Brown University. Jennie also obtained an M.S. in Communications and Media Studies from Columbia University.
