Sarah Garrett Simms

Sarah Garrett Simms is currently the Senior Community Development Finance Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Prior to this, Sarah held various positions at the Low Income Investment Fund, including Deputy Director of National Charter School Lending. Sarah also worked as an Associate in the Tax Exempt Capital Markets Group at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and as a Legislative Assistant for the Senate Banking Committee. Sarah holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Wellesley College.
