Bianca Phillips

Bianca Phillips has experience in communications, program management, event planning, and financial analysis at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Bianca also worked as a Supplemental English Instructor at Kentucky State University and as a Campus Ambassador for the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Journalism with a minor in Spanish from Kentucky State University.
