Julia Riley-Katz

Julia Riley-Katz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic communication and IT management within the Federal Reserve System. Currently serving as Deputy Secretary for National IT’s Management Council, Julia drives the strategic direction of IT projects and facilitates enterprise-wide technology modernization initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Business Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, where Julia provided communication strategies for IT initiatives, and Customer Communications Analyst at Amtrak, where Julia managed corporate communication and developed strategic content. With a strong foundation in public affairs, marketing, and education, Julia holds an MBA from American University and a BA in Economics from the University of Hawaii at Hilo. Julia has also completed a program in Organization Development Consulting & Change Leadership at Georgetown University.
