Michelle A. Smith

Michelle A. Smith is the current Division Director, Assistant to the Board and Chief of Staff at Federal Reserve. Michelle has been in this role since January 2001. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at the US Department of the Treasury from January 1993 to January 2001. From January 1992 to December 1992, they were the Deputy Press Secretary for US Senator Lloyd Bentsen.

Michelle A. Smith is a Master of International Journalism from Baylor University. Michelle has a degree in Journalism, Political Science, and Economics.
