Jim joined Federal Schedules in April of 2012, bringing with him 20 years of sales, marketing, and business development experience. A significant portion of Jim’s past experience centered around the federal space.
In his current role as Business Development Manager, Jim helps businesses across a wide range of industries assess their GSA Schedule Contract needs. To newcomers in the government space, Jim serves as a small business advisor, educating businesses on the government procurement process, conducting initial readiness assessments, and providing recommendations for moving forward in the government market.
Jim also actively attends industry events including SECAF, ASIS, Government Procurement Conference, and Veterans in Business Conference to foster business relationships. Additionally, he participates in GSA-led events to remain abreast of changes to the GSA Schedules Program.
He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1992 and his Master’s Degree in Legal Administration from the University of Denver received in 1993.
