Paul Henry

Paul Henry is an experienced corporate attorney currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Federal Signal Corporation since January 2004, where responsibilities include negotiating acquisitions and divestitures in various industrial sectors and advising management on related strategies. Prior to this role, Paul was Corporate Counsel at GKN North America Services, Inc., and a member at Doepken Keevican & Weiss PC, where Paul focused on mergers and acquisitions. Early in the career, Paul gained experience as an associate at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott.
