Shashank Patel

Shashank Patel is the current Director at Federal Signal. Shashank has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Prior to joining Federal Signal, Patel served as the Interim CFO and Integration Leader at Watts Water Technologies from October 2011 to June 2018. Shashank also served as the Global VP Ops at Xylem Inc. from January 2008 to December 2010. Patel began their career at E & Y as an Audit Manager in September 1981 and they later joined ITT in January 1997, where they served as the VP Finance for the Residential Commercial Water Group until October 2011.

Shashank Patel has an MBA in Marketing/Finance from Claremont Graduate University's Peter Drucker School of Management, and a B. Sc. in Chemical engineering from the University of London.
