Jen Ecker is a design professional with extensive experience in web design and management. Currently serving as a Design professional at Federal Student Aid within the U.S. Department of Education since November 2024, Jen previously held the position of Manager of Design and UX Lead at Ad Hoc LLC from November 2020 to November 2024. Prior to that, Jen was the Principal and Co-Founder of shines & jecker laboratories, a full-service web design company focused on creating engaging and user-friendly websites, from 2008 until April 2023. Jen's career began as a Web Designer at the University of Southern Maine, where a B.A. in Media Studies was earned.
