Saida Kaddoumi-Osman

Saida Kaddoumi-Osman has extensive experience in tax policy and administration, currently serving as a Policy Advisor and Acting Director of the Tax Policy and International Relations Department at the Federal Tax Authority since November 2017. Prior roles include Senior Tax Policy Expert within the same department, and earlier positions at the Ministry of Finance of UAE as a Tax Advisor from September 2009 to November 2017, and at Deloitte in Tax Management Consulting from August 2002 to August 2009. Saida began their career at Arthur Andersen, focusing on Tax Computer Services from December 1999 to July 2002. Academically, Saida Kaddoumi-Osman holds an MA in Banking and Finance from Bangor University and a BA in Political Studies and Public Administration from the American University of Beirut.
