Jessica Weiner

Jessica Weiner is an experienced attorney currently serving at the Federal Trade Commission since March 2022. Previously, Jessica worked as an associate at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC from November 2016 to February 2022, representing plaintiffs in complex class action cases. Prior to this, Jessica gained valuable experience as a law clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Jessica's academic background includes a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Additional experiences include representing low-income clients at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School and engaging in various legal internships.
