Kati Daffan

Kati Daffan is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in various legal roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Director in the Division of Marketing Practices at the Federal Trade Commission, Kati has also held the position of Acting Deputy General Counsel for Legal Counsel and served as an Attorney Advisor to Chairwoman Edith Ramirez. Prior to this, Kati worked as an Attorney at Bernabei & Wachtel PLLC and was a Skadden Fellow at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House. Kati's experience includes a role as a Law Clerk for Hon. Shira Scheindlin in the Southern District of New York. Kati Daffan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Princeton University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
