Rohan Pai is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in antitrust law and mergers, currently serving at the Federal Trade Commission as Acting Assistant Director of Mergers IV and previously as Deputy Assistant Director. Significant merger matters supervised include Lifespan Corporation/Care New England Health Systems and Kroger/Albertsons. Prior to this role, Rohan held positions as Counsel to the Director and Antitrust Attorney in the Bureau of Competition, managing notable cases such as Staples/Office Depot and UnitedHealth Group/DaVita Medical Group.
