Kam Chahal

Kam Chahal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety and compliance management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Safety and Compliance at Federated Co-operatives Limited since October 2023, Kam is responsible for developing safety risk mitigation strategies and ensuring regulatory adherence through effective team leadership. Previously, Kam held the position of Manager of Health, Safety, Environment and Asset Integrity at TransCanada Turbines from October 2011 to October 2024, overseeing compliance with various safety standards and legislative requirements. Additionally, as a Safety Auditor at TC Energy from August 2009 to October 2011, Kam conducted safety audits to ensure contractor compliance and promote a positive safety culture. Kam’s educational background includes studies at the University of Calgary and the University of Alberta.
