Patrick Marshall started their career at Coopers & Lybrand in 1994, working in Audit. Patrick then moved to Societe Generale in 1995, where they were a part of the Financial Institutions Group in Investment Banking. In 1998, they joined Rothschild & Co as an Assistant Manager before moving to Lehman Brothers in 2000, where they held the role of Managing Director overseeing Loan Portfolio Management and Loan Restructuring for EMEA and APAC. In 2011, they became a Partner at WCAS Fraser Sullivan Investment Management LLC. Patrick then joined Tikehau Capital in 2013 as a Fund Manager and Board Director, where they established the London office and led the Private Debt/Direct Lending businesses. Currently, Patrick is with Federated Hermes, where they have held various roles, including Head of Private Debt and CLOs, and is currently serving as the Head of Private Credit.
Patrick Marshall pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree in Business Studies and French at The University of Edinburgh. Prior to this, they attended Stowe School. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various areas such as ESG Investing, Sustainable Finance, Behavioural Finance, Mental Health First Aid, and Wine from different institutions between 2015 and 2022.
