Craig Schloeffel began their work experience in 2004 as an Undergraduate Accountant at A. Basile & Associates, where they worked on various aspects of small to medium business accounting. In 2006, they joined Commonwealth Bank as a Financial Planner and later transitioned to a Relationship Manager role. In 2010, Craig was promoted to Manager of Commonwealth Premier Banking, overseeing a team of Relationship Managers in Melbourne CBD and Hobart Tasmania. Craig held this position until 2012 when they became the Executive Manager of Commonwealth Private Bank, providing personalized service and advice to high-net-worth individuals. In 2018, Craig joined Porter Davis as the National Sales Manager, contributing to the company's mission of respecting and realizing the dreams of those building new homes. Currently, they are the Head of Investment at Payton Capital Limited, where they utilize their expertise in investment management.

Craig Schloeffel has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from Monash University, which they completed from 2002 to 2005. Later, from 2006 to 2007, they pursued a Diploma in Financial Services at Finsia. Craig further expanded their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, completing it from 2014 to 2016.
