Richard Donahue

Richard Donahue has over a decade of experience in finance, starting as a Professional Development Program participant at State Street, where they eventually grew into roles like Fixed Income Trade Assistant and Fixed Income Junior Trader. Richard continued their career at Nike as a Finance Manager, focusing on revenue and gross margin management before moving to DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Senior Manager of Financial Planning Analysis. Richard then became the President of Eagle Claw Investments LLC before joining Federated Hermes as an Assistant Business Controller, then moving up to Senior Manager FP&A, AVP, and finally Director of Corporate Budgeting and Sales FP&A.

Richard Donahue attended Shady Side Academy for high school from 2000 to 2004. Richard then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2012 to 2014.
