Rosé Oxenham has a strong background in the insurance industry, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Rosé began their career at Allstate Canada, where they served as a Broker Sales Manager for 13 years. After that, they joined Markel Insurance Company of Canada as VP of Client Relations, where they worked for 13 years. Following their time at Markel, Oxenham joined Northbridge Insurance, where they initially served as Senior Vice President of Market Management for a few months before transitioning to the role of Senior Vice President of Risk Services, a position they held for six years. Currently, Oxenham is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Operations at Federated Insurance Company of Canada, where they are responsible for driving operational effectiveness, leading projects, enhancing customer value proposition, and supporting strategic development. Additionally, Oxenham plays a key role in managing the organization's Association partnerships.

Rosé Oxenham attended Markham District High School from 1977 to 1981. Rosé then studied at Seneca Polytechnic from 1981 to 1984, earning a degree in Paralegal and specializing in Law.
