Tammy Dierks has been working in customer service for over 17 years. Tammy began their career as a customer service representative with Federated Telephone Cooperative in September 2000. In December 2017, they transitioned to their current role as customer experience specialist with Federated Telephone. Tammy is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and strives to resolve any issues their customers may have. Tammy is a valuable asset to the Federated Telephone team.

Tammy Dierks graduated from high school and then attended college at South Dakota State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree.

Their manager is MacKenzie Gilbertson, Customer Experience Manager. Tammy Dierks works with MaKayla Wildung - Customer Experience Specialist, Jeri Erickson - Customer Experience Specialist, and Alexis Adelman - Customer Experience Specialist.
