Bhavika Joshwani has extensive experience in customer service and the aviation industry, currently serving as a Customer Experience Specialist at Etech Global Services since November 2020. Prior to this role, Bhavika worked as a Flight Attendant for SpiceJet Limited and Jet Airways from June 2019 to October 2020 and November 2017 to June 2019, respectively. Bhavika holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Gujarat University, a diploma from Frankfinn Airhostess Training Institute, and completed HSC in Commerce from St. Xavier's High School - Ahmedabad, as well as SSC from Firdaus Amrut Centre Ahmedabad.
