Mihaela-Andreea Apostu is an experienced professional in youth and community development, currently serving as Secretary General and Vice President of Federaţia Tinerilor din Cluj (FTC) since March 2021. Apostu has also held prominent roles at CLUJ IT Cluster, including Network Adviser for the BISNET Transylvania project and Events Officer, focusing on innovation and support for SMEs. Additional experience includes coordinating projects aimed at enhancing digitalization and workplace learning for SMEs, as well as leading marketing and events for DIH4Society. Apostu's contributions to student organizations, such as COS Cluj and Societatea Studenților Europeniști, reflect a strong commitment to fostering youth engagement and professional development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Financial Audit and Management from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of European Studies.

Federaţia Tinerilor din Cluj (FTC)
FTC was established in 2017, one year after the end of Cluj-Napoca 2015 - European Youth Capital. We wanted continuity of the steps started in 2015 regarding the development of the youth sector in Cluj-Napoca and, at the same time, the expansion at the level of Cluj County. FTC is where young people can express themselves freely, create and form a community, thus making their mark in society. It is an umbrella structure established to support young people and students in Cluj County and organize various programs and projects. Within Cluj-Napoca, there is a mix of energy, originality and motivation, given by young people's presence and involvement. Thanks to them, the idea of community acquires new valences.
