FTC was established in 2017, one year after the end of Cluj-Napoca 2015 - European Youth Capital. We wanted continuity of the steps started in 2015 regarding the development of the youth sector in Cluj-Napoca and, at the same time, the expansion at the level of Cluj County.

FTC is where young people can express themselves freely, create and form a community, thus making their mark in society. It is an umbrella structure established to support young people and students in Cluj County and organize various programs and projects.

Within Cluj-Napoca, there is a mix of energy, originality and motivation, given by young people's presence and involvement. Thanks to them, the idea of community acquires new valences.
