Paul Emanuel Marc is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and leadership. Currently serving as the President of Federaţia Tinerilor din Cluj since March 2018, Paul also holds roles as Project Manager and Secretar General. Previously, Paul worked at SEO 365 Marketing Online as Project Manager, Practice Tutor, and Assistant Project Manager from September 2022 to November 2023. FTC was established in 2017, one year after the end of Cluj-Napoca 2015 - European Youth Capital. We wanted continuity of the steps started in 2015 regarding the development of the youth sector in Cluj-Napoca and, at the same time, the expansion at the level of Cluj County. FTC is where young people can express themselves freely, create and form a community, thus making their mark in society. It is an umbrella structure established to support young people and students in Cluj County and organize various programs and projects. Within Cluj-Napoca, there is a mix of energy, originality and motivation, given by young people's presence and involvement. Thanks to them, the idea of community acquires new valences.
