Isabelle Bonnaud-Jouin

Isabelle BONNAUD-JOUIN is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public local enterprises and project management. Currently serving as a member of the Bureau at Fédération des Entreprises publiques locales and as the head of the Local Public Enterprises pole at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts since February 2018, Isabelle has demonstrated leadership in various roles. Notably, from 2011 to 2018, Isabelle was the General Director of SAERP, where significant growth was achieved, reaching an average turnover of 5 million euros. Isabelle also managed the Groupement d'intérêt public de la Cité régionale de l'environnement d'Ile de France, overseeing a 5,785 m² facility and developing shared services. Leadership roles have included President of the Association des Directrices et Directeurs d'Entreprises Publiques Locales, contributing to the dynamic network of SCET, and serving as General Deputy Director of SEMMY, which focused on social housing development.
