Sylvain Duchesne is an experienced IT leader specializing in infrastructure and technology operations. Currently serving as Chef TI at Fédération des médecins spécialistes du Québec since September 2022, Sylvain has successfully driven transformative projects aligned with organizational goals, including a significant modernization initiative that enhanced network and system security. Previously, Sylvain held the role of Director of Information Technology Infrastructure and Operations at Laps, where responsibilities encompassed developing standards, managing IT budgets, and overseeing technical support operations.
