Prior to this role, Sophie held various positions at Sodexo, including Vice-President of People for Sodexo Pass International and Global Vice President of Human Resources for Circles, where a focus on innovative HR strategies and a global HR department development was essential. Sophie's career began as an Attorney At Law at DTMV Avocats, providing legal counsel to international groups across diverse sectors. With a robust educational background that includes an MBA from ESCP Business School and a CAPA from EFB, Sophie's expertise spans human resources, legal affairs, and strategic organizational development.
