An-Che Teng is currently working as a Senior Trainer & Family Engagement Manager at Federation for Children with Special Needs and as an Education Equity Advocate & Mandarin Translator at Collaborative Parent Leadership Action Network. An-Che previously served as a Board Advisor at Hearts over Hands, a Graduate Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Medical Research Assistant at Perkins School for the Blind. An-Che holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Music with a specialization in Developmental Disabilities & Human Services.
