Julie Bouchard

Julie Bouchard currently serves as Directrice générale at Fédération interprofessionnelle de la santé du Québec since February 2021 and as a Professeur de Droit du Travail at École du Barreau since January 2021. Previously, Julie held the position of Conciliatrice-médiatrice for the Gouvernement du Québec – Carrières from June 2017 to February 2021 and worked at the same federation from July 2001 to June 2017 in various roles, including Cadre, managing teams and overseeing annual planning and budget tracking. Julie also acted as a conseillère syndicale and juridique, advising on labor relations and legal negotiations. Julie's academic qualifications include a Maîtrise in Gestion et développement des organisations from Université Laval and a Baccalauréat in Droit from Université de Montréal, complemented by studies at École du Barreau.
