Pierre Nendaz is the founder and director of Alphaformation Sàrl since November 2002, specializing in skills assessment, executive coaching, team management, leadership, mediation, stress management, and workplace organization. Pierre Nendaz also serves as a cognitive and behavioral therapy practitioner and an ASCA-approved hypnotherapist. In addition to these roles, Pierre Nendaz holds positions as vice president of ASPCE, a trusted person in the company, and a professional commissioner for various organizations. Pierre Nendaz's extensive educational background includes degrees in metal construction, adult education, coaching, hypnotherapy, and stress management, alongside ongoing studies in aromatherapy.
