FederFARMACO è costituita da 20 Cooperative di Farmacisti che servono 11.400 Farmacie distribuite su tutto il territorio nazionale. FederFARMACO riunisce quindi 2/3 delle farmacie italiane e rappresenta, attraverso le sue Cooperative, il 35% del fatturato totale della Distribuzione Intermedia del farmaco.
