Hannah Weatherford

Hannah Weatherford is an experienced ESG professional currently serving as the ESG Lead and Advisor for Strategy, Reporting, and Compliance at FedEx since November 2024. Prior to this role, Hannah was the Associate Vice President of Sustainability and ESG Strategy & Reporting at Flag, where responsibilities included setting strategic ESG directions for clients and translating research findings for executive audiences. As a Senior Account Director at Flag, oversight included numerous materiality assessments and sustainability reports for major brands such as Hershey, Nike, and Lululemon. Additional experience includes leading a capstone project at The Overbrook Foundation, working as a Sustainability Consultant and Analyst at NSF International to develop regenerative agriculture frameworks, serving as a Program Fellow at Fair Food Network, and founding a chapter of Slow Food at Michigan State University. Hannah holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Management from Michigan State University.
