Melinda Carrillo

Melinda Carrillo, MS-HRM, currently serves in the Pacific Northwest Human Resources department at FedEx since June 2022 and is a member of Nivati's HR Executive Brain Trust. With extensive experience in human resources, Melinda held the position of Director of Human Resources at Crisis24, where significant savings and improvements were achieved during a merger, and previously at G4S, managing HR for over 2,700 security service professionals. Melinda also directed HR functions at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank, Fair.com, and Wellness Professionals LLC, implementing key HR processes and strategies to enhance organizational performance. Melinda began a career in HR as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Chiemgauer Holzhaus after earning a BA in Psychology from the University of Utah and an MSc in Organizational Psychology and HR Management from The University of Manchester.
