Natalie Powell is currently a Solutions Principal at FedEx, having previously served as a Sr. Sales Enablement Specialist and a Sales Enablement Specialist, where they led key programs and developed strategies for sales training. Prior to joining FedEx, Natalie worked as the Assistant Director for the MBA program at Christian Brothers University, where they significantly improved recruitment efforts. Natalie holds an MBA from Christian Brothers University and a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Mississippi. Outside of professional pursuits, Natalie enjoys Mexican food, spending time with family, and supporting the Ole Miss Rebels.
