Todd Frazier has extensive experience in project management and trade facilitation, currently serving as the Strategic Project Lead for U.S. Global Trade Services at FedEx Express since February 1995. Additionally, Todd participates as a Registered Expert with the United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business since January 2018 and holds the position of Chairman for both the Customer Service Committee and Cargo Procedures Conference Management Group with the International Air Transport Association since 1998. Prior to these roles, Todd worked as a Senior Explorationist at ARCO International Oil and Gas Company, focusing on international oil and gas exploration from 1980 to 1994. Todd Frazier holds a Master's degree in Geology from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's degree in Geology, Math, and Anthropology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
